Seventy-year-old Langkhan returned to his village in Sindh with his family in November, only to find that their homes were completely destroyed. The NGO Concern has provided them with shelter and debris removal kits, which were funded by U.K. aid.
Bridges were damaged or destroyed across Pakistan, from the mountainous region of Kybher Pakhtunkhwa to the plains of Sindh, leaving many communities like this one cut off. The U.K. government has helped to rebuild ten bridges of vital importance across Pakistan.
