Earlier this month, NYU announced the opening of its Abu Dhabi campus. The ceremony was attended by the crown prince of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahya, and NYU President John Sexton, but it was missing a crucial element of a university: the students. The first class won’t arrive until late August 2010; however, prospects are itching to be a part of the select group of 100 students that will begin classes in September.
