We have all observed dysfunctional Islamic organizations. But what is at the heart of this dysfunction? While every community and group has its own unique set of circumstances, there are 5 specific issues that are relevant across the board. This article analyzes those 5 dysfunctions in light of Islamic organizations in hopes that we can tackle them and improve.
