Police have nabbed the second prepubescent punk wanted for trying to rip off the religious headdress of a Muslim schoolgirl on Staten Island, The Post has learned.

Krystal Callender, 13, was picked up Friday by the Hate Crimes Task Force and brought to the 120th Precinct in St. George, where she was placed under arrest just before 9 p.m., according to authorities.

Krystal was hit with the same charges as 12-year-old youthful thug Osman Daramy, including felony assault as a hate crime and aggravated harassment as a hate crime, authorities said.
