In a bid to help them recruit, plan attacks, gain funding, propagate their message, training and logistical support the Taliban have been employing a sophisticated arsenal of technology that is common to most of us in the western world. Can this be viewed as a cause for concern or could it be a progressive step in the Taliban becoming increasingly moderate?
