Anyone who has ever been through any hardship knows what the value is of someone who really sticks with you to help you through your trials. Even if you may not realize it at the time, they come as a form of blessing from God. Unfortunately, at times we are left in a situation where we feel like there is no person to turn to for advice and help, or we just feel like we need an outside, rational opinion on the matter. There is still stigma within the Muslim community about seeking professional help for emotional and psychological illness, as well as dealing with the mentally challenged within our community.
